
Sessions last about an hour or ninety minutes.
During the session, you will lie on a mat on the floor.
Please bring loose, comfortable clothing to wear (such as sweatpants/T-shirt), as well as clean socks to change into.
Please do not eat any solid foods or drink any caffeinated or alcoholic beverages less than two hours before a session.
You may pay for your session with cash or personal check.
